Third-Party Services
We work with the following third-party providers to deliver our services. Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform their function:

Data Retention
We retain your data according to the following schedule:
- Call recordings — Stored for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- Account data — Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, your data is removed within 30 days
- Billing records — Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations (typically 5-7 years)
- Usage analytics — Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

- Clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email
- Replying STOP to any marketing SMS or WhatsApp message
- Sending /unsubscribe to our Telegram bot
We maintain an audit log of all consent changes for compliance purposes.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies to operate our service:
- Authentication session — Keeps you signed in across pages

- Theme preference — Remembers your light or dark mode choice
